Sharon Sognalian

Sharon’s recruitment expertise in the paralegal, legal secretary, attorney, accounting, human resources, legal operations, and marketing/business development fields come from her over 20 years of recruiting experience focusing on placement of internal positions within both international AMLAW rated and boutique law firms and corporate legal departments. She has handled full-cycle placement on thousands of recruiting assignments that span a broad scope from junior level paralegals/attorneys and legal practice assistants to national directors of marketing/business development and paralegal divisions.

Throughout her career, Sharon has established key relationships within the legal community, including many local and national organizations as well as associations. She has actively participated in several legal related organizations (including LAPA and LMA), and charitable events (including working on the first patient/family advisory board at UCLA’s Resnick Neuropsychiatric Hospital).
